Syracuse mom remains in jail after police find meth lab while checking on kids

A Syracuse woman spent the weekend in jail after police found materials and equipment used to make methamphetamine in her home when they went to check on her children, officials said. Claudia Davis, 27, of 104 Roney Lane, was charged Friday with unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
