Kenosha man charged after reportedly striking bicyclist

A Kenosha man is facing charges after he reportedly hit a bicyclist while driving and was allegedly found to have alcohol and cocaine in his system at the time. Frederick D. Hill, 48, of the 4900 block of 42nd Avenue, is charged with felony counts of knowingly operating a motor vehicle while revoked and use of a vehicle with a controlled substance in the blood, causing great bodily harm.
