A Gateway High School student reported on Wednesday that she was followed by a man in a pickup as she walked from a bus stop on Southern Belle Drive Tuesday afternoon, the district said. The girl said that around 3:15 p.m. a man in a red pickup truck with a flatbed followed her, showed her some cash and asked her to get in the truck, the district said.
