A police officer will return to full duty this week after being cleared following an investigation into elder abuse and fraud, police officials announced Monday, March 12. Officer Rock Wagner, 58, a nine-year veteran of the Laguna Beach Police Department, was arrested by Fullerton police Nov. 28 in connection with the investigation. Two other suspects, Wagner's sister Wendy Wagner, 55, and her boyfriend, Norman McBride, 58, both of Huntington Beach, were also arrested.

Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies on Tuesday arrested a professor from a theological school in Fullerton on suspicion of exposing himself to two women in the Cerritos area last year, authorities said on Wednesday. Dong-hyun Huh, a 46-year-old Norwalk resident who teaches anthropology at Grace Mission University, is accused of calling the women over to his SUV and showing them his genitals, authorities said in statement.
