Carson sheriff's looking for witnesses to crash that killed Torrance woman

Deputies with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's Carson Station are looking for anyone who may have witnessed a two-vehicle collision that led to the death of a Torrance woman, Friday, May 4. The crash occurred about 6:50 p.m. at the intersection of Central Avenue and University Drive in Carson and involved a grey 2016 Toyota Prius and a black 2008 Nissan 350Z, deputies said. A male and female adult in the Prius, as well as a female adult in the 350Z were transported to a local hospital with critical injuries.
