Lawyer: Video shows teen running from cops before shooting

Ellazar Williams, the 19-year-old left paralyzed after he was shot by a police detective, filed a federal civil rights lawsuit Monday, alleging he was shot from behind after he fell to the ground and then got up to run away from police. In addition to filing a federal lawsuit, Williams attorneys released a video on Monday that shows Williams running from Detective James Olsen, falling and then getting up to run away again before they say the shot was fired.
