Wake County sheriff's deputies arrested a Wake Forest man in Durham on Thursday on charges that he took indecent liberties with a child several years ago. An arrest warrant that deputies got Jan. 31 charged Brian Holt Self, 53, with two counts of the felony and said the incidents happened between Aug. 1, 2009, and Aug. 1, 2011.
