Cyber tip leads to arrest of Waco man for soliciting sex from teenagers

A tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led to the arrest of a Waco man who allegedly solicited teenage girls for sex through online communications, an arrest affidavit states. David Gonzalez-Estrada, 31, was arrested Monday morning after McLennan County Sheriff's Office investigators received a cyber tip from NCMEC in July.
