Fuzzy Wuzzy, a French bulldog full of energy, has been very popular with folks hoping to adopt one of the 78 English and French bulldogs who were rescued from a suspected breeder earlier this month. Kelly Fortin of Laguna Niguel played and cuddled with Fuzzy Wuzzy on Tuesday, Nov. 21, at the Westminster Adoption Group and Services where she joined other families meeting the rescues, hoping for a match.

A police incident near the campus of Fountain Valley High School prompted the school to be placed on a lockdown Tuesday morning.
