Officers cleared in shooting death Tuesday, September 19

MILWAUKEE, WI No charges will be filed against two West Allis police officers or a U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration agent in the shooting death of a Milwaukee man in March. Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm says the officers were justified in shooting and killing 32-year-old Jermaine Claybrooks.

Milwaukee man accused of offering boys $20 in exchange for oral sex

A Milwaukee man admitted that he offered several young boys if he could perform a sex act on them in exchange for $20, a criminal complaint said. Scott Allen Lucas, of the 4900 block of West Forest Home Avenue, faces up to 75 years in prison and up to $300,000 in fines if convicted of the three felony child enticement charges detailed in the complaint.

The Wisconsin Senate passed the state budget on Friday 11 weeks after it was due thanks to a last-minute deal with reluctant Republicans, sending the $76 billion spending plan to Gov.
