Belinda Denise Woods, 52, has been accused of financial card fraud, larceny, assault, breaking and entering into a vehicle and financial identity fraud by Gastonia Police. Woods, who is a Cherruville resident, was originally booked into Gaston County Jail on July 26 with one count of a probation violation out of the county, three counts of failing to appear for a felony, three counts of attempted larceny, one count of assault and battery, two counts of financial identity fraud and two counts of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle.
