A Duncanville church is again trying to raise money for a move to a larger sanctuary after its leader says the original contractor took $50,000 of the church's money and left it with nothing. Traffic Stop Ends In Two Arrests By DPS

Two arrests were made by the Department of Public Safety at 11:50 p.m. Saturday, October 28. According to reports, a 31-year-old Cedar Hill man and a 26-year-old DeSoto man were contacted by authorities during a traffic stop in the northbound lanes of Interstate 35 in Hillsboro. A computer check on the DeSoto man revealed that he was wanted out of Dallas County on a felony charge of abandon/endanger child imminent danger charge.
