Riverside police seize drugs, guns and make four arrests

Riverside police detectives seized hundreds of assorted pills of pharmaceutical and illegal drugs - along with six weapons that were illegally possessed - and made four arrests tied to a Mission Grove drug trafficking house, police said in a news release Thursday, Feb. 15. Beginning in January, detectives observed suspected illegal drug sales by residents of the house in the 800 block of Kilmarnock Way and on Feb. 9 made a traffic stop related to the investigation and served a search warrant at the house. They found suspected cocaine, more than 1,300 assorted pills of MDMA, commonly referred to as Ecstacy; more than 700 Xanax pills; hundreds of narcotics pills, including morphine; and nearly $10,000 in cash.
