A cement truck rolled over on the southbound 215 Freeway at Ramona Expressway on Friday, Dec. 15, closing at least two lanes of the freeway. Rescue crews had to cut a cement truck driver free from a truck after the large vehicle rolled over on the southbound 215 Freeway near the Ramona Expressway in Perris late Friday morning, according to California Highway Patrol and Caltrans reports.
