A 16-year-old Vista Murrieta High School student was arrested Wednesday after he made a threat against a school on social media hours before a Florida man opened fire on a high school, killing 17; the teen was the second student this week to make such a threat. "All threats towards our schools, students and staff are taken seriously by the police department, and when probable cause exists, criminal charges will be filed against offenders," the statement said.
