A 19-year-old Highland man who authorities say drove in circles in a cul-de-sac while spinning his wheels ended up crashing into three parked cars on Wednesday evening, sheriff's officials say. Adrian Andrade, 19, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and reckless driving before he was cited and released, according to a San Bernardino County sheriff's news release.

A Redlands man already on community supervision and currently out on bail for a previous burglary was arrested early Tuesday after he was caught trying to break into a Highland eatery, San Bernardino County Sheriff's officials said. Deputy Jonathan Ramstad was patrolling the area of Greenspot Road and Boulder Avenue just before 3:30 a.m. when he spotted someone dressed in all black and wearing a black bandana over his face lurking in the bushes near Albaro's Restaurant, 7955 Webster Street, according to a news release.
