A Fontana man pleaded not guilty Wednesday, Dec. 13, to a murder charge in Sunday's fatal shooting of Juan Jose Garcia Jr., according to court records and a criminal complaint filed by the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office. Jesse Figueroa, 19, was arraigned Wednesday in San Bernardino County Superior Court in Rancho Cucamonga on the murder count in the shooting just after 7 p.m. Dec. 10 of Garcia, 39, in the 14700 block of Washington Avenue in Fontana, records indicate.
