Closures set on Cajalco Road over 15 Freeway in Corona

Lanes will be reduced on Cajalco Road over the 15 Freeway in Corona as construction crews continue working on an interchange project. Cajalco, between the bridge to Bedford Canyon Road, will be reduced to one lane in both directions - with flaggers directing traffic - from 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 15, to 6 a.m. Friday, Feb. 16. The freeway ramps will be closed from 8 p.m. Thursday until 4 a.m. Friday.

Authorities have identified the victim of a homicide last week as a 26-year-old Corona resident, according to a Corona police news release. Williams was found lying in a roadway about 1:55 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 7, in the 1300 block of Old Temescal Road, police said at the time.The road is west of the 15 Freeway in a commercial-industrial area of the city.
